What happens if I am not satisfied with the Cigars you sent me?

We do offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed, if by any chance you are not completely satisfied with the Cigars all you have to do is contact one of our Customer Service Representatives for further information. We DO NOT reimbursed orders declined by customers that simply dont want to pay taxes. Once again, we can´t be fully aware of each Domestic Customs Office around the world.

Can you smoke the cigar once they arrived?

Yes sure but we always recommend to let the Cigars rest at the Humidor for at least 2-3 weeks, in order for them to recover the flavor, aroma, combustion etc, the ideal temperature for the Humidor is 70% of humidity.

Do you require certificates for Cigar Importation? No, if the package is seized by Customs they will let you know about the Import Fees and required documentation.
